Fundraising for 'Sun-Children' to Support Children with Down Syndrome in Armenia

Through monthly donations, the Amaryan Charitable Foundation supports the 'Sun-Children' Child Health and Development Center, an NGO dedicated to supporting children with Down syndrome and their families in Armenia.

In addition to our monthly support, we partnered with Balchug Capital and Apricot Capital, founded respectively by Davit and Vardan Amaryan, the co-founders of our Foundation, to mark World Down Syndrome Day, March 21, by organizing company-wide fundraising initiatives.

Employees donated generously to the NGO, and both companies, through the Amaryan Charitable Foundation, matched these contributions, doubling the impact of the donations.

Children with Down syndrome in Armenia often lack access to specialized medical services, particularly for vulnerable families and those in care facilities. The 'Sun-Children' NGO provides:

• Essential medical services for vulnerable children
• Therapy and counseling for children and families
• Programs to combat stigma and promote inclusion
• Advocacy and rights protection for children with Down syndrome
