Foundation
Board of directors
We believe in the potential of Armenia's human capital. Our foundation is committed to making a positive and lasting impact on the development of individuals and communities in Armenia by supporting initiatives in education, sports, culture, and youth development.
The Amaryan Charitable Foundation was established in October 2023 by David Amaryan, entrepreneur and investor, the founder and executive director of Balchug Capital, and Vardan Amaryan, businessman and the founder of Apricot Capital investment company.
Our founders, who have a long history of supporting charitable causes, decided to bring their efforts under the Amaryan Charitable Foundation umbrella to expand their reach and create a sustainable, long-term impact on Armenia by supporting strategic initiatives that benefit a wide range of beneficiaries, with a special focus on education, sports, culture, and youth development.
The Amaryan Charitable Foundation is guided by a dedicated board, comprising accomplished businessmen who have achieved success in the business world, particularly in investments.
Sharing a common vision, these individuals now seek to leverage their expertise and resources to make a positive impact on Armenia's future.
